Management Team
Jim Rogerson
Chief Executive Officer
After more than 20 years working in long-term care and with older adults, Jim has a complete understanding of the client and therapist side of the business. He has worked in every facet of the industry: publicly-traded, family-owned, non-profit, you name it. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator who has managed single and multiple sites, and led therapy divisions. He holds a MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
For 10 years, Jim has been a surveyor of the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
Lisa Stumpf
Chief Operating Officer
Lisa has been with Therapy Partners since the beginning, in 2001. She's a licensed speech language pathologist with over 20 years experience in long-term care rehabilitation—and she's a stickler for ensuring customer and employee satisfaction, and delivery of quality services. Because she holds an Ohio license as a Nursing Home Administrator, she understands how therapy service outcomes impact clients' operations. Lisa holds an M.S. from Bowling Green State University.
Lisa is an animal lover—she owns a corn snake, a French bulldog and a Puggle. She scores home runs on a church softball team and likes to snow ski and play piano.
Rich Boyson
Chief Financial Officer
Rich is our numbers guy. A former auditor with broad experience in industries from health care to construction, Boyson joined Therapy Partners with over 10 years of experience in long-term care finance and operations. He's a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of Kent State University, where he earned a B.A. with a focus in accounting.
Bean counter by day and metal guitarist by night. Rich enjoys playing guitar in his band, turning wrenches on old muscle cars, and spending free time with his wife and daughter.
Shelly Grisik
Vice President of Company Relations
Variety brings valuable experience to Therapy Partners. Shelly's almost 20 years in the industry include working with a Medicare HMO, heading up social services and marketing for a skilled nursing and assisted living facility, and serving as Therapy Partners' corporate compliance officer. She holds a gerontology degree from Kent State University.
Shelly owned a horse farm and bed & breakfast in Cody, Wyoming, while working there as a social service director. When she moved back to Ohio in 2000 to pursue a long-term care position, she ran a small celery farm on the side.

Frank Gargano
Vice President Outpatient Services
Frank has 20 years experience in the delivery of outpatient services both as a clinician and as an owner. He is board certified in orthopedics, he is certified in biomedical dry needling and has a clinical doctorate in orthopedic physical therapy. Frank is active in teaching continuing education seminars and is one of 40 physical therapists in the world certified to teach Brian Mulligan’s concept, Mobilization With Movement. He is active in clinical research with a special interest in cervical spine disorders in relation to headache, dizziness and pain. He developed the seminar, “The Upper Cervical Spine in Headaches, Dizziness and Pain: A Neuro-Orthopedic Perspective,” which he instructs throughout the United States. In 2004, he received the award for outstanding clinical excellence for his contribution to the practice of Physical Therapy. He serves as an international board member and chief financial officer for the Mulligan Concept Teacher’s Association. Frank is also the founder of Rehabilitex Inc., which recently merged with Therapy Partners.
Frank has two boys with unlimited energy that keep him busy with hiking, sports and other projects.
Operations Team

Michele Kramer
Director of Operations
As a specialist in older adult and geriatric populations, Michele brings 20 years of management and speech language pathologist experience to Therapy Partners. She has exercised her talent in many work environments: skilled nursing facilities, outpatient, assisted living, independent living, home health, hospitals and schools. She is a member of ASHA Legislative Council for Ohio and holds a teaching license. Michele graduated with a masters degree from Cleveland State University and a bachelors degree from The University of Toledo.
Book Michele on a tropical vacation and she'll be thrilled! She also loves to sing and swim.

Sheri Tomlinson
Director of Quality Assurance
Sheri has been involved in the long-term care world for over 10 years and has extensive training, procedural and regulatory experience. Before joining Therapy Partners in 2005, she fulfilled directorships in rehabilitation and programming. Sheri has a masters degree in communications disorders from The University of Akron.
Sheri loves spending time with her family—husband, Joe, and three children, Paige, Sam and Ella.
Thomas Conrad
Clinical Specialist for Cognitive and Behavioral Approaches
Thomas is focused on helping clients with behavioral and memory issues and educating caregivers and staff. He teaches them effective treatment techniques and how to help clients improve activities of daily living. He's licensed occupational therapy assistant with over 20 years of experience in the industry, including extensive training in psychiatric diagnosis, orthopedics and substance abuse. He graduated from the Academy of Health Sciences Center in Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas, while serving in the United States Air Force.
Ask Thomas to cook you dinner! He has a culinary arts degree and worked as a chef in the restaurant industry for 13 years before enlisting in the Air Force. On weekends, he likes to go camping and spend time with his wife, two boys and black lab.
Jocelyn Alexander
Clinical Specialist
Jocelyn has covered a lot of ground in the industry during her almost 10 years in long-term care, with roles as a lead therapist, director of rehabilitation, director of program development, master clinician and student/CFY supervisor. Her passion is for developing programs that improve quality of service delivery for other therapists—and presenting to audiences. She's a great public speaker! Jocelyn holds a degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Akron.
Jocelyn owns a certified therapy dog named Dixie, who often accompanies her to work. She is a classically trained pianist and flutist/piccolo player, and was an accomplished fire baton twirler during her high school days.
