We know our business. Our veteran leadership team has more than 20 years of experience managing long-term care facilities and therapy programs. Therapy Partners was incorporated in 2001 by founder and CEO James W. Rogerson, a licensed nursing home administrator, and Lisa Stumpf, COO, a licensed speech language pathologist. We know our business, and we’re continuously creating fresh program solutions that match our partners and their residents’ changing needs.

We think and plan innovatively. There’s no such thing as a cookie-cutter solution, which is why we offer four service frameworks that are completely customizable. We believe in seamlessly integrating our services into your community so you can enjoy the positive clinical and financial outcomes of productive, ethical  therapy services.

We were recognized as one of the best places to work as a NorthCoast 99 Winner and have enjoyed steady, annual growth. We recently merged with Rehabilitex Inc., which will serve as the outpatient division of Therapy Partners.
