		James W. Rogerson, President Jim holds a MBA from Case Western and has over 20 years experience in long term care and working with older adults. His experience spans publicly traded, family owned, and non-profit organizations. Jim, is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator with 18 years of nursing home operations experience from managing single sites to several sites making up a complete division, and 6 years in therapy operations - - providing a complete understanding of both sides of the business. Jim has also been a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities for 10 years.
	Lisa Stumpf, Vice President of Operations Lisa holds a M.S. from Bowling Green State University and is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. She has 18 years experience in long-term care rehabilitation, in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Lisa has been with the company since its inception in 2001 ensuring customer and employee satisfaction and the delivery of quality services. She also holds an Ohio license as a Nursing Home Administrator, which allows her to relate the therapy service outcomes to how it impacts the operations of her customers.
	Shelly Grisik, Vice President of Company Relations Shelly holds a degree in Gerontology from Kent State University and has worked with Therapy Partners since 2004. With 10 years of experience in the industry, she formerly served as Account Executive for a Medicare HMO, prior to that, she was Director of Social Services and Marketing for a skilled nursing and assisted living facility. She has extensive experience and demonstrated expertise in managing employee and customer relationships. She also serves as the Corporate Compliance Officer for Therapy Partners, ensuring that the company is complying with regulatory requirements, and its employees are complying with internal policies and procedures.
	Rich Boyson, Vice President of Finance Rich comes to Therapy Partners with 12 years of experience in Long Term Care finance and operations. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting from Kent State University, graduating Cum Laude in December 1992. He passed the November 1993 CPA exam, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995. Prior to his appointment at Therapy Partners, Mr. Boyson served as the Chief Financial Officer at two prominent long term care facilities in Northeast Ohio. Before working in the industry, Rich was employed by Deloitte & Touche, LLP, as an auditor in the Cleveland office, working in a variety of industries, including health care, financial institutions, and construction.
